Mike said there was too much bickering and arguing so he asked Dan to turn it off. Don't know what exactly will happen. He may find another server to host it, and John may also continue it.

It looked just fine last night. I didn't have any problem with any of the posts. I didn't look this morning.

If Marc Zeitlin needs a hand, my co-builder and I would be willing to lend a hand.

While I appreciate the offer, I am not an admin of any of the web-based canard fora, so don't need any help administering them.

Me: Sr. Network Engineer & Sysadmin

Him: Sr. Internet Systems Admin

When Mike asked me this morning I said I couldn't, but the picture of both of you two popped up in my mind. I didn't offer your services.

so he asked Dan to turn it off.

Peachy :irked:

On a lighter note, returned from RR this AM (0230). Most excellent time, accomplished all I set out to do.

Modem prevents me from uploading gb's of pix, but will try. Stay tuned.

Thanks to all that put up with me :)

I couldn't care less about whatever imagined controversy or slights occured.

What I do know is that I posted a lot of info on that site, others posted a lot info, and poof -- someone gets their panties in a bunch and all that just dissappears.

I want access to those old postings, but I don't think I'll participate there again.

I believe that all the old posts will be on the new server when its up and running,,,at least thats the impression I got. At this point,,,why bother. I see a lot of names I recognize from the Canard Aviation Forum from years past that left a long time ago and are here.

I am actually quite happy it's back online, and finally a proper domain name! My only complaint is that it sorts before the Canard Zone. :)

I appreciate the offer to plug, but don't feel obligated. Eventually someone will refer here and vice versa. Just keep showing up here once in a while is all I can ask.

Enjoy!
