Cozy1200 Posted December 12, 2007 Posted December 12, 2007 I'll be needing the 100 degree countersink in a couple months. Were is the best/cheapest to pick one up. I'm sure I could pick one up from a local tool supplier, but I really don't want to pay $50. The 100 degree seems to be more rare than the more common 90 degree. thoughts? As to shipping down under BUT! I've an order on my wish list there. Let me know what P/N you want, send me an address for OZ, and maybe it'll be there by the new year. Greg Mueller Posted December 12, 2007 Posted December 12, 2007 If you really want "cheap" try "Enco" But you might want to spend a little and get a good quality tool. The cheap ones will wear quickly and begin to leave ridges. Quote
Big Steve Posted December 12, 2007 Posted December 12, 2007 lots of mail order tool supply places carry the 100 degree counter sinks. Rutland tool is one that comes to mind. ACS and wicks carry them also. STeve Quote Steve Harmon Lovin Life in Idaho Cozy IV Plans #1466 N232CZ http://websites.expercraft.com/bigsteve/ Working on Chapter 19,21
MarksEZ Posted January 24, 2008 Posted January 24, 2008 You might try www.aircraft-tool.com they seem to have a good selection of various tools and supplies, and reasonable pricing. I recently purchased an asortment of clecos and the installation/removal tool and was satisfied with the price, service and delivery. Mark Quote
Cozy1200 Posted January 24, 2008 Author Posted January 24, 2008 I end up buying one from McMaster while home over Christmas. With shipping I think it was about $12-$13. It'll do. thanks Quote Drew Chaplin (aka the Foam Whisperer) --- www.Cozy1200.com - I'm a builder now! --- Brace for impact...
