Hey Matt, Just asking if you still have the forms.Its kind of funny that when I got my plans from ASS they would have been #1552 but I waited and got #1569 instead in other words we would have been in series here in texas.I haven't made my mind up yet on which to build yet cozy r openez,I have the Terf cd and stuff and bunch of stuff to start building one or the other just cant decide:( cozy nice to talk to passenger-Longez easier to build no body I know will fly in something I built any ways well maybe 1r2 people will.this is driving me#$@!;*)( crazy I:e planecrazy hehehe! Let me know somthing it might push me off the fence.Thanks Ray

A few comments.I really like your roll-over protection and the cowl shape on top in back also the way your exhaust is stubbed out.

I may not be as knowledgeable as Marc Z. But I said what he did I must be catchin on to how to build a plane safetly I said aleast keep it closer to plans area!! I must have been reading while marc was replying hehehe!! Just sayin:) just goofin marc don't think I'm being a butt.

I have asked about these before here in landing gear section-the are a set that I would like to have I think they run around $3000-$3500 I like the wide stance for sure but I believe I would keep them closer to plans area instead of back maybe beef up that area( just sayin) There is a picture of them in main landing section.

Just got home from installing a gas furnace in a friends house his old furnace was bad and I checked the zone and see good news Hey' kent let me know what the cost will be to ship this item to San Angelo Tx. I'm interested in this I thought maybe it was sold already- everybody assumes you can't afford it if you try to find a cheaper way of doing things- just trying to get more bang for my bucks that's all( aka)CHEAPSKATE hehehe hope I spelled it correctly. If this pump can get me started on my plane fresh out of the box by your word I taking that is I would like to get in contact.what do you say? Thanks for all replies men.

That was quick Tmann- so when ordering pump I tell them I will be using mgs 335 or 285 and they set it up for that system and I'm ready to pump:) is that how it works? Or should I use ez epoxy because I can use it on the entire build even sealing the fuel tanks like another builder is doing I believe it is Mfryer or waiter can't remember who was doing it what do you say?

I have found a couple of builders are installing west pumps on mgs containers but the pump does not fit one of them properly but you can make it work -also I have seen someone use plastic containers for frezzing stuff and cutting a hole in the lids smaller than pump sizes and using them that way my ? Is can you use the west pumps like this and get proper ratio for mgs 335 (just want to see ) I know those guys are doing it and feel comfortable would any body else consider this action safe. Why pay $300 for a pump when when you can do this and take that money and buy more FOAM!! Hehehe( remember just asking) thanks for any remarks

Also buy your wings,canard,and upper-lower winglets only seen pictures here but they look nice I will buy mine from steve at EUREKA check out his post here and his website(im just saying)

Check out Barnstomers.com a few projects that should have plans are over there be ready to spend $1500 and up serial numbers no good any more no support from RAF any way buy terf cd for plans and print off templetes here and upsize as said on here cd is $150 used on here also I have a Terf cd kit I might sell I have copied mine to flashstick and extra copies of templetes In binder for just in case good luck and wecome. Thanks for the advise Antonio4231.Did you use tiff or pdf files?And I have about 20 copies of each template in tiff and pdf (did not want to loose the chance to get them if you know what I mean hehehe!!.also load ed on to memory stick with the terf cd even printed plans off home printer to read and update(I have read them over 5 times just like my cozy plans the more I read the more I uderstood them I could build them fast I eyes shut I am ready.Again thanks- looking to meet new builders.KOOLRAY

Let me ask this-If someone has the real longez templates- Can they just make copies and charge for that price only to help other guys get the correct templates to continue this wonderful aircraft and we will have builder support between us.I ask this because I have copied the openez templates and the dumb ass people where I live do not know what the are doing and can't get it right( tick marks) one place wanted$65 for one copy of one template.I paid $300 dollars for Terf cd and can't get any place in town to get it right with templates.I have the plans for a cozy#1569 bought before I found openez project I would rather build a longez.I want have any passengers anyway - don't need a 4 seater just want to build a canard.Are maybe someone with a good heart will share templates-I not looking for handouts but have spent almost $2000 on foam,peel ply,flox,glass bubbles,gloves,mixing sticks,yall get the picture.And I don't know what to do. Sorry got of line,anyway can it be done with out being sued.Since Burt said he would not pursue anybody building his design.let's quit wasting time and get some squadrons flying.thanks for any replies bad r good:)!

OOOPS!!!! I went back to Fiberglasssupply I did read wrong when it said each I thought it was for a case but it was for each sheet thought Iwas on 2 something) sorry for the high hope I gave myself.Just tryin to get this project started. I'll be better at my post next time.I will just buy from wicks and ASS.

Does anyone know if using h-80 or h-100 divinycell would be bad choice instead of h-45 / If I read correctly it is a lot cheaper but stronger(just asking)Thanks for any replies
