However sale of plans is by nature very low-volume, so automation may not have been implemented - it would explain this situation, at least. I would encourage anyone contemplating placing an order to get a response from the vendor before paying. Although I can appeal to my credit card company to get my money back I would have preferred the product I paid for. Very disappointing...
