Waiter Posted May 8, 2008 Posted May 8, 2008 I don't know who does skins, but Featherlite used to do a "leading edge and bulkhead kit" The actual skins are flat foam. Waiter Quote F16 performance on a Piper Cub budget LongEZ, 160hp, MT CS Prop, Downdraft cooling, Full retract visit: www.iflyez.com

michaelj Posted May 9, 2008 Posted May 9, 2008 Believe it or not the strakes are relatively easy to build. All the bulkheads are flat foam and glass parts. The skins start out as flat foam then you BID the inside foam. No need to scrimp on the epoxy. I have built three sets of strakes and no leaks so far! Quote
