Cmead
Where are you all mounting the control module for the LSI ignition system? Thanks in advance.
Kent Ashton
I mount them inside the firewall, back-to-back using two L-shaped brackets Quote -KentCozy IV N13AM-750 hrs, Long-EZ-85 hrs and sold
Canardale
Kent, you should consider modeling up a flux capacitor and installing it in there for giggles.

I presume you are mocking my wiring. 🙂 Ya know, you start off with good intentions to make everything as neat as a pin and then it goes downhill. Canardale
No, I think it looks great! It would throw some people off possibly, the next time you show it off!

Depends on the type of plane. As Kent indicated, in COZY's and LE's, they generally go on the firewall above the spar. On VE's, that's not available, so they tend to go in the hellhole (which is a nightmare, unless you've got a hellhole access cover underneath the landing gear, and even then... Some VE's have an enlarged hellhole access hole in the rear seat seatback, and mount the box on the back of a cover for the hole, with service loops for the wiring. Quote Marc J.
