Nice to hear that you are another step closer.

btw Jon could you open extra sub-forum thread for TMann course we have project Open-Ez, project Tony's Ez what about one more something like project TMann-Ez. He's doing a lot of mods like split canopy, retract gear, rotary engine and etc. I think it will be much better to keep these all stuff in one thread. Of course it up to You and TMann. Just a thought.

 hmmmmmm ......... I was thinking more along the lines of being cannonized by the Pope. Or maybe my own star in the walk of fame at Oshkosh.

Actually, all of the posts I make regarding my personal project will contain my N number. It just makes it easier for me to find my threads if I want to post an update.

I would like to see the interest level in the Open-EZ project to rise to a level where we actually need to break it down by chapter to manage it.

What's in that contraption? Planetary gears? Looks sturdy from the outside.

Also, it's called a PSRU -- propeller speed reduction unit, not a PSRU (post software release update). :)

TMann, we *could* create a sub-forum for your project. Why not? I'm not exactly sure what the criteria for Tony's was. Maybe we're really talking about "builder blogs"?
