dust
OK JOHHNY boy, we have to have it out John said - "I love the way he ignores the digs and keeps right on truckin. Determination has to be admired!" We have to make a bet, the last bet i made was 5 years ago with another cozy builder and it now appears i am going to win it, i was on chap 4 or 5 and he was on 7. He is still on 7 and he better have the 11,000 when i go to collect. My 11,000 has been sitting on my desk in hard cold cash for 4 years now. I was fortunate to have a friend go to italy and get the lira for me. How bout it, a bet, put your cash up, and you better not try to stiff me, 22,000 lira, i already have 11,000 and i'm sure to collect another 11,000 in 18 months. I will race you from atlanta to scottsdale and back Winner gets 22,000 lira enjoy the build Mike Quote maker wood dust and shavings - foam and fiberglass dust and one day a cozy will pop out, enjoying the build i can be reached at http://www.canardcommunity.com/

John Slade
OK, I'll be kind and wait for you to get airborne. You name the date. But why Atlanta to Scottsdale? Can't we go somewhere interesting - like maybe Rough River, 2005 from anywhere you choose to pick. Actually, we're probably similar distances from KY. How about coordinated take-offs. I'll have the beer waiting for ya. Quote I can be reached on the "other" forum http://canardaviationforum.dmt.net

marbleturtle
Hey wait... Atlanta is too busy. A winner could be determined by the luck of the air traffic que! Come up to Dammit GA! (KDNN just 80 miles north of Atlanta) No air traffic! We'll shoo the critters off the runway early in the morning, start the race, and tell tall tales where I'm the protagonist until the winner returns! I'll supply the BBQ and Fried Pork Skins. Whaddaya Say?!?!?! Quote This ain't rocket surgery!
