LargePrime
So as I was slaving away this weekend I was talking to clifford and dust's plane partner, neither of which have been in a cozy. dust is the only one... and there is no real proof of that! Sooooooooooooo.. Three of us in the detroit michigan area would love to beg/barrow/steal rides in cozys. Breakfast/lunch/dinner, fuel and great conversation. We'd love to have you. You'll be glad you came. We wont be happy with just one ride either. If you can get near here, let us know. All of us would love to appreciate your cozy. Post here or call my cell 810.333.1336 Quote We know who you are...
mplafleur
Hey, I'm in Detroit too. I missed the rides at Oshkosh and I can beg with the best of them. Quote Mike LaFLeur - Cozy MkIV #1155N68ML
John Slade
I'd offer rides in my Cozy once she's flying, but Detroit in the winter??? I don't think so. Get you're frozen asses down to sunny FL later this winter, and I'll scare the living daylights outtaya. Ted Barstow
John, We may not like cold air, but our planes and engines sure do. Just think about all that cold, dense air being packed into your engine. I think St. Louis is on the way to Michigan, be sure to stop by! (very subtle way to beg for a ride)
marbleturtle
I'll certainly make the trip down to FL! I'll throw the GIB, kids, mother-in-law into themepark madness and go from there... the only problem is I think my first ride in a Cozy is going to be a Jet Cozy. How twisted is that! John Slade
>I think my first ride in a Cozy is going to be a Jet Cozy. Cool! Keep us informed.....assuming you can type afterwards Is he getting near to flying it? What have you heard? Oh, and by the way, do you know who bought the 13B? marbleturtle
He told me... but I forgot. As for the jet, I think it will be done in January. Quote This ain't rocket surgery!
LargePrime
So John... If Mich in the winter is out then we'll have to do this in the fall, which you have to admit, is beauty incarnate. So what will it take to get you here? Quote We know who you are...
