Yes, Todd Parker did a great job creating a Cozy. You can find it at www.x-plane.org go to the 6.0 aircraft.
It seems to fly very close to the real thing from what I can remember.
I believe the Cozy MKIV has been approved as a two place, and is in the process of being approved as a four place. It may be the only canard approved in GB.
John,
We may not like cold air, but our planes and engines sure do. Just think about all that cold, dense air being packed into your engine.
I think St. Louis is on the way to Michigan, be sure to stop by!
(very subtle way to beg for a ride)
Has anyone thought about using carbon fiber in the spar to increase stiffness? Is there any reason to consider it, or should one just use the recommended fiberglass?
Food For Thought. Thanks.
Nick,
I haven't belonged to a fourum before so I can't compare e-mail vs. forum. I can say I like the benefit of having different subject areas. The "Coffee House" is just what is needed for all those discussions that aren't particularly Cozy related.
It's great to be building the best airplane design available, and what a plus to have such a great group of people always willing to help!
Thanks!
