By all accounts this is THE canard fly-in to be at. I've spoken to a number of canardians who plan to be there. Jerry (the tent) Schnider, Bulent (the scoop) Alieve, Jim (the door) Sower, The Cozy Girrrls, Myself (via NY) with Rich Hughes to name just a few. Unfortunately Marc (the pits) Zeitlin won't be able to make it.

I plan on attending and would like to know when the most of the group arrives. Does anyone Know?

 

I am taking friday off but I have to wait for the wife to get off work at 3:00pm so I haven't decided whether to leave friday evening or saturday morning. I would like to meet as many builders as possible.

 

I'll be borrowing a friends Tomahawk to make the trip from Columbus Ohio.

Rich and I should be arriving sometime Friday evening. I think Chrissi said she and Randi would be in on Friday also. I'm guessing thyat Friday evening will be fairly quiet as everyone recovers from travelling. If you can get in before dark on Friday I'd recommend that, but an early arrival Saturday morning arrival would work well also.

I don't know, Jerry. "The porch" would be a nice one. I'll leave it to others to pick what goes in my brackets. Could be almost anything. How about "The cool Cozy"

Better news today. He's replacing a couple of broken piston rings. We may still be in good shape for the trip.

You obviously haven't explained how romantic camping by a river in a Kentucky State park can be. So what if there are 50+ canard airplanes and a bunch of airplane people there as well. Which are you, MT, man or mouse? Suprise her.
