oscarm98
I am fairly new to the CZ but I have looked around and have not found a recent discussion or question about converting my L2C to fuel injected. I have a Bendix system from an IO360 sitting around that seems like it would/could be easy to install. Will this system work on my O235? Has anyone done/attempted this? What are the issues? Is it worth doing? I have heard people say that the 235 is notoriously bad at air distribution and that fuel injection would not help anything. Terry
I think the throttle body for a IO360 would be to large to meter properly on a O235 and the nozzles would also be to big. These people can steer you in the right direction www.airflowperformance.com/ As far as the poor airflow distribution goes, balanced fuel nozzles such as those from GAMI would likely take care of that. NeilK
Have you given any thought to an Ellison throttle body? They can be sensitive to incoming air flow but installed right, they are a viable alternative to carbs.
