killerb1971
I know they usually give you BARELY enough foam to do the chapter. Is there a specific way the sheet of foam should be cut for best efficiency? I have been looking through archives and web pages, but have not found any specifics. Just want to make sure I dont shoot my self in the foot! Quote Rob Wiehl COZY MKIV #1521

I have been looking through archives and web pages, but have not found any specifics. You could go nuts and check the plans . Around Chapter 2? 3? I forget where exactly, but they're very clear on how to cut the foam. killerb1971
OK, now I feel stupid. Its been a few months since I read chapter 2 and 3, and forgot all about that page. Quote Rob Wiehl COZY MKIV #1521
Jon Matcho
...forgot all about that page. I forgot about that page well through Chapter 4. Had to get creative in some places, which I think had me end up w/more foam than the plans, but who knows. macleodm3
Make Sure you save any leftover foam from the Ch 5 spacers... you will need it in Chapter 6. There is not enough foam in the Ch 6 order(seemingly), but you should have enough various types of foam from other chapters to finish the Ch 6 spacers.
