Remi Khu
Builders, I am done using the Tim Lumpp Countouring Tool. See http://www.stealthturtle.com/cozy/chapterLogs/chapter7/chapter7_2.html for an idea of what I'm talking about. I will be at RR and will gladly pass it on, or mail it to the next person working on chapter 7. Quote Remi Khu Cozy Mk IV Plan #1336
Jon Matcho
Remi, I'd feel selfish to take it prematurely, but I would definitely like to see it. Tools. Good. Remi Khu
Well, since the offer has been on the table for ohh... 3 hours, I'll take it to RR with me and if no takers come forth by then, I'll pass it to you! Cool? I thought about returning it to Tim Lumpp but I don't think he has any use for it. Quote Remi Khu Cozy Mk IV Plan #1336
Jon Matcho
Sounds good. I'll hold it until I need it, which I anticipate to be soon. If another qualified and esteemed builder, such as yourself, announces their need before me, I'll pass to them first. Either way, I look forward to seeing you at Rough River. Remi Khu
If another qualified and esteemed builder, such as yourself ^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^ LOL ROFLMAO... always a wise guy!! A builder (Dave Barr) sent an after midnight email laying claim to the tool. I'll send it to him showing you the tool at RR. Jon Matcho
I'll send it to him showing you the tool at RR.If it's any trouble, don't bother taking it to RR -- I'd just look at it for maybe a minute anyway... See you there. Quote Jon Matcho Builder & Canard Zone Admin Now: Rebuilding Quickie Tri-Q200 N479E Next: Resume building a Cozy Mark IV
raydog
I made my tool with eighth inch acrylic, and found a coffee can about the desired radius. BTW, rebooting? -ray
Jon Matcho
I made my tool with eighth inch acrylic, and found a coffee can about the desired radius.Interesting. I'll keep that in mind as an option. BTW, rebooting?I had my 2-car garage cleaned out, but had two things happen to it: Discovered water damage and had to tear down half a wall. Decided to steal some more garage room by adding a built-in entertainment cabinet for the family room. The result is that my shop is in tatters, but I see light... I've finally cleared my yard and poured a foundation for a pre-built 1-car garage, not to build in, but to get the crap out of my 2-car so I can get back to that being my shop.
