Hey Mark,
Welcome! I'm pretty close to you. I'm about 30 miles north up 495 in Andover. I should be laying my Cozy MarkIV bulkheads out as soon as it warms up a bit or I get my garage better heated.

Great video. I almost busted my gut when you quoted Norm on shop safety (True words!)

Welcome home,
thanks for serving brother.

Drew,
mix your flox and put it into a plastic baggie. Cut a small bit off one corner of the baggie and squeeze the flox into your corner a-la cake decorating. Takes a few tries to figure the right size hole to cut but it works pretty well.

Getting close to start. I almost have the workshop finished.
I haev a question about the different techniques used to build the bulkheads.
Someone mentioned the cutting and glassing the foam oversized then cutting to dimension with a band saw works well. With this method is there any chance of the glass being pulled up from the foam at the cut?

Wayne,
out of curiosity (Total noob). How do you calibrate a capacitance probe?
Do you basically add 1 gallon of fuel, record the probe output, add another gallan, record output again..and so on until full. Then input that somewhere to create a best fit curve?
