When you order by chapter, check out what you get to the items listed in the plans, with newsletter changes, they sometimes leave out items and there are a few parts you think you get that you have to get from a diferent supplier.
We have not had huge problems, just a few inconvient surprises from time to time

We have a magic workshop, i haven't built a thing, a workbench is mentioned in the plans, and whalla i go to plane day and one appears. a hot box/mixing station is needed and i go to plane day and it is there as if by magic, it seems to just grow out of the floor.
special saw horses are needed at a specific height and suddenly they are there, this plane building stuff is mystical magical stuff, i have even heard of a magic credit card that can be used to obtain materials and supplies for a plane.
(oh btw thanks clifford the wizard)

I think it remains stable to 20 or so degrees above it's highest temp. Remember, almost all flying birds were never post cured and have had no ill affects

When we did our canard sections, she told the class they could use whatever fiberglass they wanted, she also failed to discuss how to correctly cut or overly certain types of fiberglass.
OK
BID - almost always 1" overlap
UNI - Almost always butt joint, but always keep length fibers continious. you can't lengthen UNI, only widen it with a butt
it is that simple

I know others are much better at reading something and "getting" it. Unfortunately I'm not one of those.
No, I disagree, we all learn by doing and we all screw up a little anyways. Thats one reason everyone likes glass, it's easy to fix a screwup.

Hi, john, talked with largeprime today and he said you is havin a heating problem, coupla of stupid thoughts
how is the air you have the ferrari fan bringing into the enfine area leaving the engine area, your cowling really appears wonderfully tight
have you considerred using the exhaust pipe insullator as an augmentor to help push air out from under cowling
have you wrapped the exhaust to turbo with insulation or enough insulation
Thanks for showing mike such a great time and he took great pics of your bird, saw your instrument panel with four ugly knees below it, the back of you and the bottom of your shoes while you attached canard bolts, fortunatly i am not arabic and find no insult by seeing the bottom of your shoes.
