Allen C
Has anybody placed an eyeball vent in the same place as the gear site window. Is there enough positive airflow into the gear well for a vent to function? Quote Allen Long-Ez N701DS 1998 O-320 160HP
Limo EZ
Just hinge the widow and you have a vent.
Kent Ashton
Haven't heard of a vent just there. Your leg might block the flow of air or the air might blow your maps and snacks around, or up your S.O.'s skirt. :-0 There's postive pressure in the nosewheel well but I wouldn't think it would give as much flow you'd want. How about one or two NACA scoops on the belly just beside the wheelwell and integral fiberglass ducts up the side of the wheelwell connecting to hoses to the panel? It helps to have a good blast right in the face or chest of each occupant during the summer. Limo EZ
The hinging of the window was not my idea, it was Dave Lind's
