I had made two identical batches on two diffent days. One turned out extremely strong and unfryable. The other I could easily crumble. With urethane foam it appears there are a lot of veriables, such as temperature, humidity, air pressure and such that can effect the batch. Under the right conditions a decent foam can be produced with this material.
