Any luck with Speed Canard?

I've always wondered why people pay so much for a certified canard when the experimentals like the Long EZ are so much cheaper and so much more capable.

Is it Germany's flying rules? I've heard of some there who have a US partner or a US corporate owner and original US N number.

Yes, there is on on the market. I have already viewed it. It looks good.

The Long Ez etc. is in Germany not available. Most (or all?) Experimentals have the follow restrictions: max. 2 persons allowed (insurance), not flying over citys and water. Problems with noise-certificate ... Flying to other Countrys is difficult, becaus there are other regulations, and Germany is for a plane very little.

best regards
