xaplax
are the canted up ends of the wings on the white (or is that whight) knight considered winglets? the angle is very shallow compared to the typical winglet. from what i know (which is next to next to nothing) the winglets on the cozy and long-ez prevent the high pressure air from spilling up from beneath the wings as well as provide some forward thrust. do the white knight's whinglettes do either? ted
Marc Zeitlin
are the canted up ends of the wings on the white (or is that whight) knight considered winglets?.... do the white knight's whinglettes do either? No. They're really "dihedral effect" adjustments after the fact. At least that's what I've been told. Quote Marc J.
