marbleturtle Posted August 14, 2003 Posted August 14, 2003 I was curious to see if anyone who was finished building had an epoxy pump (in good condition!) that they wanted to sell. Thanks. Quote This ain't rocket surgery!
John Slade Posted August 15, 2003 Posted August 15, 2003 I have a used pump, marble, but I've become rather attached to it Seriously, this is the one item to get new. You'll use it every day and starting off with a used one isnt worth the saving. A used one is bound to be caked in old epoxy, and the seals may be worn. Also, the ratio has to be the right one for the epoxy you're using. I think most builders hang onto the pump when they're done in case they need it for modifications or repairs. marbleturtle Posted August 15, 2003 Author Posted August 15, 2003 oh well... I thought it would be a long shot. I've noticed a few parts come up for sale where the builder was not able to continue (or even start in some cases) and thought I could find a few things. Or maybe one nicely cared for where the owner was not quite so attatched! Quote This ain't rocket surgery!
