This is the guy I bought my EZ from @KCNO. Cool trustworthy guy imho.

Ok so we saw this thing in person, Considered buying it, then bought another. We didn't really see anything “wrong” with it I guess. For the money it just didn't add up. Engine on it has like 1600 hours smoh, everything is manual. No niceties at all. Also what was weird to us is that the guy wouldn't fly it. He refused to fly it himself. Flew in the back seat of it 2x but wouldn't fly it himself. What doesn't he trust about it?

Went to see this one. Ended up buying a different one. Was a very nice bird but quite a bit over priced in my opinion.

Deal will be completed on Saturday. Ill post the info on it as soon as everything is said and done. 👍 looks like a fun trip. should be doable.

Hows it going Canardians? Just finishing up my acquisition of a Long EZ in CA and really stoked to start participating in some fly ins! I'm looking for an insurance company that doesn't hate these things 😕 I just got a quote and it was like 4700 a year for 50k hull insurance! I have my PPL/IFR and 325 hrs. Anyone have any suggestions?
