Steve, Long-EZ luminary Jim Price suggested I buy the ECi oil filter adapter for my Lycoming O235. I did and am very pleased with it. Let me know if you need me to research the part number and price (under $200). -- Joe

Anyone else flying to the Contact Magazine-sponsored fly-in April 27 - 29 at Jean, NV http://www.contactmagazine.com/Roundup.html)? It's the weekend before the Cinco de Mayo fly-in at Columbia, CA and I'm looking for someone in CA, NV, or wherever to pal around with for the week between the two events. (The "commute" from northern Idaho is too hard to justify two trips on two consecutive weekends). The "ideal candidate" will want to practice formation wing work, fly out to lunch every day, go sightseeing, or whatever. You need not be available for the entire week; I have a place to stay in Lancaster, CA (but would rather hang with a canardian and mess around with airplanes). -- Joe (208-816-6359)
