Arbiter Posted April 3, 2009 Share Posted April 3, 2009 Hey folks, Anyone else having issues accessing A/C Spruce's website? I tried to call them but only got a busy signal... Is anyone else having these issues, and if so, does anyone know what the deal is? They aren't going out of business or something are they? TMann Posted April 3, 2009 Share Posted April 3, 2009 I've heard a couple of folks say they are having problems. I can get right through via the Cox business network ......... but in the past I have had problems with Cox @ Home while the business side works fine. I'm guessing that it is a DNS Server issue. I can access the site just fine, but I can't ping it or do a tracert. I would guess it is a routing issue that will cure itself once it propagates through the system. TMann Posted April 3, 2009 Share Posted April 3, 2009 Yep ..... same issue. I have a laptop on my desk here at work plugged into the wireless network. On my desk I have another computer hardwired into the network. The laptop cannot reach spruce but the desktop doesn't have an issue. Give it a little time.
