Terry Schubert of the CSA Newsletter asked me to post this:

 

 

Finally, I received the contract form that is used by our Central States Group to reserve a block of rooms for OSH2009. I have reserved 20 rooms for 2009. The un-airconditioned rooms (like I requested in South Scott Hall) are $50.00/night.

 

You can submit your reservation requests to me now. One night's deposit for each room is required along with the following information.

 

 

Your name

 

Mailing address

 

Telephone number

 

Email address

 

Planned arrival and departure dates for each room requested

 

$50 deposit for each room requested, make check payable to "University of Wisconsin"

Note: The room requests must be sent to UW Oshkosh by March 15, 2009, but I would appreciate your prompt attention to get this all done by December. Final payment will be due NLT June 15, 2009. Refunds for cancelled rooms will be given if cancelled before June 15, after that a one night's fee is charged.
