I prepared a document to do just that, which can be downloaded from http://ibis.experimentals.de Go to the download section, it's the bottom download under 'documents'. It's utility to me is limited because it is PDF, so I can't insert the numbers. ...any chance you have it in source form (like .doc) so we can print the deviations?
