Jack Morrison
Nice work Dennis: The E Racer hinges are very simular. I have a Cozy 4 canopy on my E Racer. Looking good. Jack E-Racer
Edge 513
Thanks Jack. I wasn't aware your lifters were horizontal...probly because I never got to peek under your Eracers kilt! Lynn took his instrument cover off when I visited him and the shock placement captured my imagination. The geometry was all different obviously, and his is really something to see, but Cozy people have to work with different arm/shock dimensions....also keeping in mind where and how deep avionics placement occurs in relation to the hinge arms. With my slanted forward IP, that facet interacts more. Having Efis's that have a separate AHRS, is helpful with the room. In my mind your plane, Lynns and the Stagger eze are the benchmark side-by-side seating canards out there...you guys are very very inspiring. Quote Self confessed Wingnut. Now think about it...wouldn't you rather LIVE your life, rather than watch someone else's, on Reality T.V.? Get up off that couch!!! =) Progress; Fuselage on all three, with outside and inside nearly complete. 8 inch extended nose. FHC done. Canard finished. ERacer wings done with blended winglets. IO540 starting rebuild. Mounting Spar. Starting strake ribs.
