I know its sounds crazy I was designing something without plans but my intentions were good I was going to help you. Anyway the solution of long bolt problem is very easy see attachment. I did two different versions left one will be require two extra parts and right one will be require thicker alloy billet. btw Tony add more material in the bending area like I did course this is the most critical part of the entire hinge. mak Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
