Bulkhead & IP Foam

I've gotten the seatback done with acceptable results, now I'm on to building the forward bulkheads and IP bulkheads. My chapter 4 & 5 kit from Wicks contains 4 sheets of tan .2 " (I think - need to order tha tape measure with the next chapter - thought I had one) foam that is 48 " x 12". Out of that I need to make both of the above mentioned bulkheads.

 

Is there a preferred layout/cutout method? I checked multiple web sites and haven't apparently hit the correct one yet to show me the cuts to make. Most show the bulkhead foam already put together.

 

I guess this will show me what to take pictures of for my web site!

Look at Chapter 2 page 5. There are great information in the often skimped through chapters 2 and 3.

I knew I had seen it somewhere. I kept looking in the back of the plans. Oh, well I'm going to print out that page and hang it on the wall in the garage. I think I'll be using that in the future!
