rviglierchio
Was there ever a problem with the types of foam being used for the construction of the EZ line? My non-experimental pilot friends seem to remeber something about this and I'm researching Long EZs to buy a completed model. Am currently looking at a 20 yr. old aircraft. Thank you. Jon Matcho
I understand that the original VariEzes used a soft urethane foam for their sides that was susceptible to denting and potential delamination. I also understand that the material was changed at some point, likely in a Canard Pusher newsletter, and definitely as part of the Long-EZ plans.
