Jon Matcho
This can be done in a couple ways: As an attachment. When you're posting a message, look at the bottom of the page for the [Manage Attachments] button. Press that button and walk through the prompts. NOTE: You need to turn off popup blocking to allow a friendly popup window to appear. As an inline image (using the WYSIWIG editor option). When posting a message, press the [insert Image] button () and enter the Web URL that points to the external image on the Internet. As an inline image (manually). You can manually insert a reference to a Web image by writing the URL into your message and wrapping with IMG tags, which work the same as QUOTE tags -- [TAGNAME] followed by [/TAGNAME] (replace TAGNAME for IMG). NOTE: Inline images will not work if they consist of dynamic URLs -- those that have a '?' character in the URL. Enjoy! Jon Matcho
What is the best way to post pictures here, and what is a good file size?Attach to a post. Limits are associated with file types (JPG, GIF, etc.) with most supporting at list 0.5MB. Some go up to 2.0MB. Feel free to let me know if you think we should increase the size. I just don't want monster huge files uploaded... yet.
