to continental or not

dust

Recommended Posts

I have a long standing proven aircraft engine.

The main diference between a lycoming and a continental is of cylenders and mount

continental has a bed mount and the lycoming has the other kind. Frankins have a bed mount and have been installed before, althou i really won't be able to rely on thier work.

The continental is designed to be turboed, and thats what i want.

On the other hand, i really really hope your install goes 75% as good as you think it will.

If mine and yours go well then all have two more solid options.

as far as maintenance goes, i can easily rebuild the engine myself, just bought all tools known to mechanics and my buddy, the a&p/is/dar, will walk me through it

On another note, you may need more cooling and i know i do, would you like me to fab a naca scoop you can install in the back seat roof, i am doing 1 - can easily do two

enjoy the build
