Thank you for your input Kent. You are not far from me. I would love to visit you and see your plane and pick your brain. This is a big decision for me and I don't want to make a big mistake.

I am thinking about purchasing a velocity project that is in process. I have my own thoughts about this that include purchasing someone else's building mistakes. Such as were the tanks sealed correctly. I would like to know others thoughts on this, especially from those that have done this. Thanks Marcus
