I suspect you've been smart enough for a long while to build a Long-EZ. I also see you're flying a gyro -- that's on my bucket list / next-next plane to build. What kind?
You can do an advanced search and put "FL" in the Location field (please update your profiles everyone ). Florida happens to be in the top 6 worldwide for Canard Zone visitors, so I'm sure they're out there. Visiting a project is very helpful as well.
Welcome back, and good luck!
Thanks for the welcome Jon. Currently flying an MTO Sport by AutoGyro. It does 90% of what a helicopter can do for 10% of the cost. My favorite aircraft to be in on windy days - no, really. I'm a firm believer that a guy should have a go slow farting around aircraft and a go fast IFR cruiser. I'm looking for the Ez to be the latter.

My uncle told me a pretty EZ had flown into his airport for a visit. I looked up the N-number and managed to exchange emails with the builder-pilot. Apparently he flew all the way from San Diego, CA to Allentown, PA! Unfortunately he was busy today and is shoving off tomorrow morning.
It was indeed a very nicely done EZ with baggage pods.
Here's the one picture I took worth keeping (fisheye lenses do not always make for good pictures!)
Great pic Jon ! It just became my new screen saver. Might even blow it up and have Kinkos print a poster size version for shop morale/motivation.

Glad to see this site is back up ! Used to lurk before but now I've decided I might be smart enough to build a Long Ez.
Any flying examples in South Florida that I could check out and pepper with questions ?
Thanks,
Randy

Jon,
I first saw them 2 or 3 years ago, I'm pretty sure they're vapor-ware. Too bad, it's a neat design.
