LAST MONTH I HAD THE STARTER CLUTCH GO OUT, HAVE REORDERED A NEW ONE FROM NIAGRA AIR BUT HAVE DECIDED TO RETURN IT.
I HAD BEEN HANDPROPPING THE PLANE AND ON THE LAST FLIGHT OF JAN 6,2007 I HAD A REAL DIFFICULT TIME STARTING THE PLANE AND THEN KEEPING IT RUNNING. I THINK ITS THE CARB AS IT ACTED LIKE IT WAS FLOODED. IVE DECIDED NOT TO INVEST ANYMORE $ IN THE PLANE.....COME AND GET IT
THIS IS A GENERIC RELPY LOOK ON FOR SPECIFIC QUESTIONS
THANK YOU
jan 10, 2007 I went to the airport today and attempted to start the plane: no problem, it started and run fine. Im not sure what happende the other day? Mabye the float stuck in the carb and flooded the carb and filled up the scat tube that goes to the air filter. When i advanced the throttle for take off it would suck up the fuel and flood the engine. After 3 starts i finally kept it runnin or mabye finally burned out the excess fuel? ive not investigated it anyfurther?
