    I need some help before I get over my head. I have struck an agreement to purchase a Tri-Q but the current owner will not transfer N or any other part of the build process (HES WORRIED ABOUT LIABILITY). He wants it to go as parts even though it is a fully functional in the air Tri-q. What am I getting myself into? Any help would be much appreciated. Earl Edmonds
