Everything you see is included and in excellent shape. The following parts are included: 4" brock nose wheel and bushings 8.5" McCreary tire NG-15A swivel assembly NG-16 Fork assembly NG-2 Clamp plate All required bushings, bolts, springs and washers I believe this assembly is no longer available.
