Q-200 DXF Templates
One set of drawings contains exact tracings of all of the original paper templates provided by QAC to create the LS1 canard, Main Wing, elevators, ailerons, Vertical Stabilizer, and rudder for the Q-200.
The second set of drawings shows how the templates should be laid out on 10” x 20” foam blocks for creating all of the above foam parts. The original plans called for 10” x 24” foam blocks, but these are no longer manufactured.
These drawings can save you A LOT of time. They can be used to CNC cut physical templates that you can use to hotwire the foam by hand, or they can be used by a CNC hotwire machine to cut out your foam pieces directly.
These files can be downloaded immediately upon successful payment.
