No clue what the price is, there is a L-EZ for sale sitting on the ramp at K0A3, Smithville TN, story I heard was owner lost their medical and hanger which means it's just sitting on the ramp exposed to the elements.

Name and location on the ad are different from the registry too.

Looks like N36SD is back on Barnstormers, last seen on this thread about this same time last year, it was 20k on eBay, now 25k.
