Looks like he has all the paperwork I have read about. Although I was reading in the AOPA article that you had to have specific permission for an experimental aircraft...but what he has is a blanket waiver. So I guess I need to carry a copy of the waiver? Or is it just in effect and no need to carry those?

Has anyone flown to the Bahamas? I see you have to have permission from the Bahamas government to fly an experimental aircraft over there. Is this difficult to do?

Im picking up my VE in Harrisburg on monday afternoon. I probably wont leave until tuesday mid-day. I have over 3000 hrs, but none in a VE. Anyone from the area that can give me a hand on a first flight?
