These items were scanned from QAC original paper templates and instructions. The instructions are formatted for 11x17 inch paper. The Appendix Sheets and Templates are formatted for 36" wide paper. I have included a special border around each of the Appendix Sheets so that you can verify with a ruler that your print is to scale. Most copy and print houses (i.e. Kinko''s, Copy Cop, etc.) have the ability to print on bond paper at 36" wide by any length.
These templates sheets were VERY hard to find! But you can get them here without any hassle.
