  1. I'm not using the carbon fiber tube spar.
  2. Cool, did you plan on making your own canopy?
  3. I'm using Solidworks. Did your fuselage bottom not line up well too? Mine is off, It must be flexed together or something.
  4. Wow, that's a good bit of detail I didn't realize you were from Germany until now, also realized that you responded to me on quick heads too. Thank you for the wealth of resourceful information. That will make it much easier to get all the needed materials in a single order. As I get the controls figured out I'll be sure to send them your way. What cad software do you use?
  5. Just started, waiting for plans... I have a couple 4 stroke motors. So scratch building. From what I read its just no information on the metal components which I'm not worried about I can engineer those up from the pictures I have found. CNC is looking good I was going to be doing mine by hand. Haha. Low tech for my standards.
  6. I do the same thing 3D model the whole plane up before I build it.. Just recently decided My Q2 is a bit much for what I'm always doing by myself plus to have its little brother would be awesome! Your models look good.
