    Time to trim my blocky fuselage down to shape. Are there any clever fuselage sanding blocks floating around?

    Where did you end up putting it? I was just looking through the G3X manual today, the distances from just about everything seems pretty prohibitive. Maybe as far out in the wing as possible, with twisted and shielded wires for your nav light and strobes.

    I did the majority of my flight training out of Colorado Springs, which is over 6,000 MSL. There wasn’t any such thing as a full-rich takeoff. Lowlanders could be a real hazard to themselves and their passengers at that altitude.
