  1. Has anyone measured the interior noise level of a Cozy Mk IV during takeoff, at cruise, etc? I'm curious to know how these readings compare to those taken in roughly equivalent models of production aircraft. As an example, one source lists a reading of 92-94dbs at approximately 400Hz at the pilot's ear in a Cessna 172 in cruise configuration. Have any of you Cozy builders felt the need to take substantial measures to address interior noise level?
  2. TO GOOD TO BE TRUE.... I photographed my nephew's wedding in Green Bay (WI) this past weekend, and at the reception my wife reminded me that one of the Groom's other uncles (on the other side of the family) was homebuilding a plane. I walked over to chat with him, and over the roar of the DJ's sound system he said he was almost finished building a Cozy MarkIV. My jaw dropped. The very plane I'm planning to build!!! We agreed to visit him next month to see if the MarkIV will suit my co-pilot. Meant to be....it's just meant to be...the universe just cleared me for takeoff...
