    Hi, I must sell my unused Mk IV plans. I live in the UK and bought the plans to build a 4 seater for family touring. However the UK Popular Flying Association (safety regulators) will only allow the aircraft to be operated as a 2-seater . When I bought the plans this decision was not made ( my gamble) but as it stands this restriction means that the aircraft cannot meet my needs. I fly to the States regularly so could post internally. $300 or swap for unused MK3. Good luck, Mark
