here in Brasil, we needed the license to obtain the necessary authorization for the construction. Still more than it is treated of a famous model like Long-Ez. Without the license I don't get to register the aircraft. Luiz Fernando

HI, Does anybody have a Long-EZ license agreement signed with a serial number, that was never used for construction? I already have the original plans with the license intact, I bought in the e-bay from Aaron Morse in December of 2006. I only need the signed license agreement with a serial number. The cozy is more expensive and I don't need 4 places. If I do modifications in the Long EZ project, presenting as my project with other name, maybe I can get the authorization and approval in the final inspection. If they notice if treats of Long-EZ, in spite of the modifications, it won't be approved in the final inspection and I will going to loose money, time and work. Gilberto Falcão built a Long-EZ a few years and now the brazilian authority is demanding about new amateur building. Thanks Luiz Fernando

Here in Brazil, the ANAC (National Civil Aviation Agency) doesn't allow the amateur construction without the license agreement and a serial number. on December 2006, I bought in e-Bay Long EZ'S plant (from Aaron Morse), completes and still with license agreement intact. I am Brazilian army retired, working now as technician in computer science hardware (Ricoh and Océ). I acquired the plant of Long-EZ in the E-Bay in great conditions on dec 2006 from Mr. Aaron Morse, with the authorization letter never sent to request serial number. I am having difficulties to get authorization to begin the construction without the authorization serial number. I would have to modify the project as being my own one and even so rush the risk of not being approved in the final inspection. I am lookin for some modifications like: Canopy, landing gear, to move the canard (??) (a little just ahead). I would like of obtaining some help. Thanks. lfbiasuz
