What are people using to ensure alignment, level and plumb while assembling the fuse. Has anyone tried a laser level or rotary laser level. I'd be interested in the pros and cons and types if anyone is using them.

The plans (M-5) have a 1/4" hole drilled in the hard point of the forward gear attach bulkhead at 4.3". If you measure the plans its actually at 4.125" from the bottom of the bulkhead. Which location is correct?
