  1. No... Still for sale... To All: I am interested in letting go of this project... i've dabbled with the idea of selling it in the past but not gotten serious in the hope I'd be re-inspired... I don't think that's going to happen and I'd rather know this thing is being worked on... if you are still interested email me directly. I will consider any reasonable offer. nwolfe at cyclebent . com
  2. Marc, I hadn't noted that. Thanks for pointing it out. I'll knock up a template from the m-drawings / plans and do a compare and see if there is a mismatch. I can't imagine that it will be hard to fix either way. I'm pretty confident in Dennis' work, not that anyone is infallible. That canard is a work of art when you see it up close honestly. How have you been? Nathan

It's running on an outdated version of Joomla and I want to make sure all of the SecOps stuff is up to date before I expose it again.

  7. Hi all, Dispite not working on the cozy for about a year now due to finishing up an MBA, I did manage to redo my website so that it was no longer on an outdated content management system. In doing that, I am trying to gather the most complete list of the following possible: Cozy (or similar) Builders: Cozy (or similar) Flyers: Building resources: (places like this) Suppliers: (If you need it, I'd like a link to it) If you have a minute, please take a minute to look over what I already have and send me a note if I am missing you, your friend, your favorite site, or a good supplier. Send it to: links@stealthturtle.com Thanks!!!
  8. All, Is there anyone here who has, or is planning an Innodyn turboprop installation? their website here: http://www.innodyn.com/ According to their website they weigh in at 188lbs and look pretty good at a glance. With turbine reliablility and a 5000hr tbo is it worth considering? Let's have some debate on the matter. Nathan Wolfe #1260 http://www.stealthturtle.com/cozy Steady forward...!
  9. Builders, As promised I have been keeping the webpage of suppliers updated (folks that suppliy parts that Brock's used to). Suprisingly this list is starting to fill in quickly. If you are looking for parts that Brocks used to supply for the Cozy, Long Ez or Vari-EZ, check it out again. I have been focusing on the Cozy community primarily because that is what I am building but have had a ton of questions from the Long and Vari community. Because of this I have started asking the new suppliers about providing the Long and Vari parts as well. While I haven't stated tracking those parts formally I have started asking suppliers about them and have found that some of them might be willing to provide parts in the near to mid future. If you supply any of the parts for the Cozy, Long or Vari EZ that Brocks used to supply, email the part number and your contact information and I'll post it here for you. The webpage can be found here: http://www.stealthturtle.com/cozy/neededparts.html Builders, email me if you are interesed in the Vari and Long stuff and I'll send you what I have so far. Now get back out in your garage and do some work! :-) Sincerely, Nathan Wolfe
  10. Builders, We all started this plane for our own reasons, but one of mine was because It didn't rely on any single point (largely) for parts. Recently our supply chain for some of the parts required to finish our beloved projects has been jeopardized by Brock's Manufacturing closing its doors. Because of this I would like to put forth a group effort to re-source those parts. I have started a web page found here: http://www.stealthturtle.com/cozy/neededparts.html This page lists all of the parts that I am aware that Brock's supplied for our projects and alternate suppliers. As you can see there is quite a list of parts that still need a source. If you are a supplier of the part, supply an assembly that contains many of these parts or are a builder that knows an alternate source for parts or a method that is documented to get around the need for the part; please email me that information and I will place it here so that everyone can reference it. I will update daily until I can complete the list. This will be much easier using the knowledge of the group and the expertise of the manufacturers to tell us the best place or method to replace what is needed. I sincerely look forward to doing my part to protect our supply chain and hope that you all will help me in this effort. My warmest Holiday Wishes to Everyone, Nathan Wolfe #1260 www.stealthturtle.com
