Limo EZ
Rick, I have found that the larger the foam piece is tha longer the dwell time before you try to form it. The bottom of my project was done by heating a flat sheet of PVC foam inside of a female mold inside a vacuum bag inside of an oven set to 250 degrees F. I let it sit at 250 and then pulled vacuum.
