Waiter Posted January 17, 2007 Posted January 17, 2007 I've been getting many e-mails from visitors to my web site. They want to know if they can use my LongEZ mouse cursor on their home computer. The answer is YES! :) I've posted instructions and download links for the cursors at: http://www.iflyez.com/LongEZ_Cursor.shtml Fly it carefully, and don't get caught making engine noises! rviglierchio Posted January 18, 2007 Posted January 18, 2007 Thanks John, great new look to this sad old laptop! Quote
Waiter Posted January 18, 2007 Author Posted January 18, 2007 I cleaned up the art work on the two cursors to make them look better. The files are also significantly smaller so they load and respond faster. If you want the updated cursors, Redownload and reinstall the files as described on the web site: http://www.iflyez.com/LongEZ_Cursor.shtml ALSO, As time permits, I'll add a couple more EZ cursors, i.e. the WAIT cursor (the one with the hourglass) Waiter Quote F16 performance on a Piper Cub budget LongEZ, 160hp, MT CS Prop, Downdraft cooling, Full retract visit: www.iflyez.com
Phil Kriley Posted January 18, 2007 Posted January 18, 2007 For your "wait" cursor - perhaps a plane sitting on it's nose..."waiting"? Quote Phil Kriley Cozy #1460 Chapter 13 - nose Right wing done - working on right winglet.
Waiter Posted January 18, 2007 Author Posted January 18, 2007 TO LATE: I just uploaded a "Dutchrolling" cursor that can be used for the Wait, Busy, or Progress cursors. It a LongEZ thats doing a Dutchroll. http://www.iflyez.com/LongEZ_Cursor.shtml Waiter Quote F16 performance on a Piper Cub budget LongEZ, 160hp, MT CS Prop, Downdraft cooling, Full retract visit: www.iflyez.com

Waiter Posted January 18, 2007 Author Posted January 18, 2007 OK, Heres the latest: http://www.iflyez.com/LongEZ_Cursor.shtml I think these cover all the main cursors. Waiter Quote F16 performance on a Piper Cub budget LongEZ, 160hp, MT CS Prop, Downdraft cooling, Full retract visit: www.iflyez.com
Waiter Posted February 22, 2007 Author Posted February 22, 2007 I've taken my aggression out on the cursors, I added rockets to the F14, F15, and F16s. These can be used for the wait cursor instead og the hourglass. Should I put rockets on the EZs??? I also made up some C-130 cursors, Including Coast Guard colors and Blue Angles colors. I'm still working on the C-130 animation though. I'm thinking of maybe parachutes coming out the back. DARN - Its got to warm up soon!!!!!!!! www.iflyez.com Waiter Quote F16 performance on a Piper Cub budget LongEZ, 160hp, MT CS Prop, Downdraft cooling, Full retract visit: www.iflyez.com
rpellicciotti Posted February 22, 2007 Posted February 22, 2007 I love my LongEz cursors but I wish they were angled to about 330 degrees like the arrow cursors that they replaced. I know some rich, airline pilot types, that would PAY for some F1 Rocket cursors if you want to finance the latest mods on your airplane. Waiter Posted February 22, 2007 Author Posted February 22, 2007 Rick I did a couple at 330deg. I didn't like them. I'm now used to the "straight" pointer. The cursor hot spot is at the top center of the cursor window rather that the upper left corner of the cursor window. ANyway, Whats an F1 Rocket??? rpellicciotti Posted February 22, 2007 Posted February 22, 2007 I've gotten used to the straight ones too. Just mumbling out loud. Thanks for doing them. F1 Rockets? Think RV's on steroids. Beefed up airframes with 300 to 400HP. http://www.teamrocketaircraft.com http://www.rocket-boys.com Quote Rick Pellicciotti Belle Aire Aviation, Inc. http://www.belleaireaviation.com
Waiter Posted February 22, 2007 Author Posted February 22, 2007 Oh Yah. I'll give it a shot Waiter Quote F16 performance on a Piper Cub budget LongEZ, 160hp, MT CS Prop, Downdraft cooling, Full retract visit: www.iflyez.com
Waiter Posted February 26, 2007 Author Posted February 26, 2007 I played with the artwork to get a better image of a Cozy. I also added rockets and guns for you more aggressive types. Use these for the WAIT and BUSY cursors. www.iflyez.com Waiter Quote F16 performance on a Piper Cub budget LongEZ, 160hp, MT CS Prop, Downdraft cooling, Full retract visit: www.iflyez.com
